The recording is an asset. A survey filmed today may be requested in three years by a buyer, an insurer or a neighbour, and it has to be findable against the address rather than on somebody's laptop.
Emergencies are routed, not queued. Six calls across a town at eight in the morning need ordering by distance and severity, because the alternative is spending the day driving rather than working.
Commercial contracts carry evidence obligations. A scheduled visit to a restaurant means a record of what was done and when, because that is what the client shows at an inspection.
Insurance work starts documented or not at all. Photographs, footage and a description written at the first visit are what support a claim, and reconstructing them later is generally impossible.
