The job is born on the phone and must reach the system in thirty seconds. Collection, destination, time window and price, or somebody sets off with no work order.
The rider is the data source, not the office. Signature photo, timestamp and position are created on the road, and whatever cannot be entered one-handed never gets created.
Proof of delivery is the invoice itself. With no recipient name and no exact time, every complaint ends in a credit note, purely because there is nothing anybody can evidence.
The round wants optimising, but not at the cost of the urgent job. A consolidated run must not block a direct one, and that rule belongs in the system.
Billing per client is monthly, the job is daily. One consolidated invoice with every job of the month saves more time than any route optimisation.
The subcontractor is part of the fleet. Using outside drivers requires rates, evidence and insurance per job, or you answer for somebody you have never met.
