The venue name is the strongest search there is. Somebody who has booked a hall is looking for a caterer who has worked there, and a page naming that venue arrives with the logistics question already answered.
Occasions carry their own economics. Corporate lunches repeat monthly at a modest value, weddings happen once at a large one, and funerals are booked in days with no time to compare, so each deserves its own page and tone.
Dietary specialism removes competitors entirely. An organiser needing everything to be gluten free, halal or genuinely vegan has very few options, and being explicit about it wins bookings nobody else was considered for.
Numbers qualify better than prices. Stating the smallest and largest event served turns away the jobs that could never have worked, and a small kitchen only has so many evenings to spend writing quotations.
