One page per product is the entire strategy here. Railings, staircase, gate, canopy, grille: each is a separate search with its own price bracket, and a general services page surfaces for none of them.
Price intent runs through most of these searches. "How much does a balcony railing cost" is among the most common enquiries in the trade, and naming a range rather than staying silent brings in somebody who is already costing a job.
The second market is the main contractor, and it searches differently: by standard, by certification, by capacity. Those pages need the right technical terms rather than a town name.
Project pages do the persuading. A span, a finish, a material and a photograph tell a specifier more in ten seconds than a page of adjectives, and they rank for the search terms that specifiers actually use.
