The appointment series is the treatment result. Somebody due every six to eight weeks who misses two visits adds months to their own treatment: the reminder here isn't a courtesy, it's clinical.
Payment plans run for years and want tracking. Plan agreed, instalments paid, balance outstanding: without those figures the discrepancy only surfaces at the end, when it's least comfortable to raise.
The retention phase after active treatment is the part that lapses most often. Checks in the first and second year deserve to be scheduled, or the patient only comes back once something has already shifted.
