A breakdown will not tolerate even a second page of results. Somebody stranded on the hard shoulder rings the first clearly visible number and compares nothing at all.
Motorway and city are two businesses. On the motorway access matters; in an underground car park the vehicle's height matters.
Price is searched after the call, not before. Naming a call-out fee and a rate per mile loses fewer customers to the insurer.
The vehicle dictates the technique. Electric cars, motorhomes, motorcycles and vans need different lifts, and that gets searched explicitly.
Insurance often pays, but not always. Explaining when cover applies and when it does not gets you phoned rather than looked up.
A collision needs more than a truck. Recovery, road cleaning and storage are services searched and paid for separately.
The workshop is the second revenue. Whoever tows and repairs should link the two, because the customer at that moment wants no second decision.
Electric motors created new searches. A stranded electric car cannot be towed on two wheels, and hardly anybody knows it.
Night is the most profitable shift and the worst described. Whoever drives at night should name the surcharges instead of hiding them.
