A course is a chain of sessions, not a booking. Theory, pool and four open-water dives must hold together, or a step is missing for the certification.
Weather is an operating risk with a calendar. A cancelled trip must be able to move places, instructors and cylinder filling in one action.
A cylinder carries a test date that is not negotiable. A fleet without an expiry per bottle is a liability question, not an administrative gap.
Rental kit must be attached to a person while it is out. Suits, jackets and computers otherwise vanish in the middle of high season.
The waiver and the medical questionnaire are a condition, not a formality. Signed online before arrival, they cost zero minutes on the pontoon.
The certification has to be filed with the agency inside the deadline. A course whose paperwork sits in a drawer for two months generates calls from students who by then are already diving elsewhere.
