Two people read the same page and neither is the other: whoever pays and whoever attends. The site has to answer the practical questions of the first — cost, term dates, how to get there — without boring the second.
With no dates, a course looks like a course that does not exist. Next start, places left and the application deadline belong at the top of the page, not inside a PDF brochure.
What people are buying is what comes after: the certificate, who recognises it, and whether the course can be funded. Said plainly it turns a browse into an application; left vague it turns into a call nobody makes.
Group size and who teaches decide more enrolments than the syllabus. Twelve to a class with a named teacher is a different product from thirty with an unnamed one, and only one of the two is worth saying out loud.
«Will what I learn here be out of date in six months?» In this field the syllabus ages faster than the course lasts. Which part is groundwork that does not move — analysis, writing, measurement — and which part is tooling that expires, how often the programme is revised and by whom, whether classes use real accounts with a budget or only simulations, and what is taught about what changed this year rather than three years ago.
«Who teaches — people who practise, or teachers only?» A school earns its fee here, where a recorded video cannot follow. Which tutors work today in agencies or companies and on which campaigns, how many hours each one delivers and whether it is always the same people, how somebody who leaves mid-course is replaced, and what to ask in an open lesson before paying.
«Is this for getting a job or for running my own business?» Two different paths, and one course cannot serve both. Which profiles agencies hire and which skills appear in real vacancies now, what is needed to run your own advertising without depending on anybody, how many hours of practice with a real budget each option contains, and what portfolio you leave holding.
Ask where last year's students are now. Not a testimonial, a list: how many are employed, how many freelance, how many stopped. A school that keeps that number and publishes it is the one worth the fee.
