Exam names carry the intent. Somebody searching a specific certificate has been told which one they need, usually by an employer or a university, and they enrol within days rather than weeks.
The score appears in the search. A particular band or grade needed for a visa or a course is typed literally, and a page addressing that exact requirement meets a very decided reader.
Children's classes run on the school calendar. Parents look in late summer and again in January, they search by age and by school year, and they stay for years once they start.
Business English comes from companies. Training for a team, invoiced to an employer and often delivered on their premises, is a different buyer with a different budget and almost no competition in search.
