Build one page per meal, not one page for catering. Somebody ordering breakfast for a nine o'clock meeting has a different problem from somebody feeding forty people at a product launch, and a page trying to serve both reads as neither.
Publish the cut-off time and treat it as a promise. "Order by 4pm for next-day breakfast" is a more persuasive sentence than any description of your ingredients, because it answers the only question the person ordering actually has.
Say the minimum out loud. A caterer that starts at twenty covers should write it: it saves an assistant a phone call, saves you a decline, and — counterintuitively — reads as confidence rather than as a barrier.
Write about the building, not just the food. Offices with a loading bay, sites with a security desk, floors with a lift out of service: whoever explains how deliveries actually happen sounds like the safer choice, which is the entire purchase decision here.
