The method is the search. Raw milk, unpasteurised, a particular breed's milk or a named style brings buyers who decided long before opening a browser and will pay accordingly, on phrases barely anybody competes for.
Gift boxes are bought by somebody who does not eat cheese. They peak before Christmas and around the spring holidays, and the page has to reassure a nervous buyer that it will arrive well and be understood.
Visiting the farm is its own search. Somebody looking for a farm shop or a tasting is planning an afternoon, and that visit produces both a sale and a customer who orders afterwards.
Wholesale searches use trade words. Cheese for a restaurant, a wholesale price list or a delicatessen supply enquiry comes from a buyer with an order pad, and one page cannot serve them and a gift buyer at once.
