The buyer who finds you has a drawing on the desk and very little time. They search by process, material and capacity — and decide in two minutes whether to send an enquiry or move on to the next supplier.
Trust here is earned with numbers, not adjectives: tolerances, machine list, certifications, the batch sizes you normally run. Publish them and you get taken seriously; write "quality and experience" and you get skipped.
The enquiry worth having arrives with a file attached. If the site cannot take a drawing, a spec sheet or a photo of the part on the bench, the buyer sends it to somebody who can, and the quote gets written somewhere else.
Show the workshop as it is. Real photographs of the machines, the bay and a finished part say more about capacity than any list, and they are what convinces a buyer who has been sent glossy renders by everyone else.
Distortion is the worry of anybody who has had a batch come back unusable. What movement is expected by geometry and material, how much stock is left for grinding afterwards, when hardening before finishing pays, and what happens with a long thin part that always twists.
The hardness certificate is what your customer has to hand to their own customer. Which tests are run — hardness, micrograph, case depth — whether per batch or by sample, which standards are cited, and how long records are kept in case a part has to be justified years later.
Saying which parts you will not take saves a delivery and an argument. Maximum furnace dimensions, materials not treated, assembled parts or those with components that will not survive, what is rejected at goods-in for lack of identification, and the requirement to arrive clean and degreased.
Publish your turnaround by process. A machine shop planning a week's work needs to know whether case hardening comes back in three days or ten, and that number wins more work than a list of furnaces.
We build your site around what really drives your heat treatment company: online enquiries and quotes, processes and metals and quality and turnaround. A tool that takes work off your plate and brings you customers, not a website that just "sits there".
We design your website to measure — no empty templates — responsive (perfect on mobile, where nearly all your visits are), fast and easy to update yourself. You choose whether you manage it or we handle maintenance.
A pretty website is no use if no one finds it. That's why your page is built optimised for SEO and local rankings: when someone searches for your heat treatment company in your city, you show up. We can also run your Google Business Profile and Google Ads campaigns.
