The feature is the search. A hot tub, a wood burner, a view or an outdoor bath is what somebody types, and a page that names the feature in its title collects those visitors from every direction.
Occasions bring dates and budgets. An anniversary, a proposal or a first weekend away arrives with a fixed weekend in mind and far less price sensitivity than an ordinary night.
Filters are typed as words. Dog friendly, adults only, accessible and off grid are searched exactly like that, and a property meeting one of them should say so in plain language rather than in an amenities table.
Geography needs the recognisable name. Nobody searches for the hamlet, they search for the national park, the coast or the city they are escaping, so the page has to be findable by the place people have heard of.
