Problems drive the calls. Green, cloudy or foaming water gets described word for word by somebody with guests arriving, and explaining the likely cause and the realistic recovery time converts far better than a page about maintenance plans.
Leaks are their own market. A pool losing centimetres a week sends an owner searching specifically for detection, and few companies write about how it is actually found.
Administrators search in obligations. Water analysis, legionella, qualified staff and inspection compliance belong to a caretaker or an administrator with an inspection due, not to a family with a garden, and those contracts run for years.
The season is a fixed calendar. Opening in spring and closing in autumn are searched within predictable weeks, and pages published two months earlier are the ones found during the rush.
