Fitted price per square metre is what gets typed. Publishing a range, with what pushes it up, brings the enquiries that are budgeted and removes the ones that were pricing supply-only against a fitted job.
Comparisons are the specification decision. Laminate against engineered wood or vinyl planks is researched by somebody who has decided to replace a floor and is choosing how, which makes those pages unusually valuable.
Rooms carry constraints. Kitchens, bathrooms, stairs and underfloor heating each rule products in or out, and a page per situation answers a question a general product page cannot.
Fitting-only is a real search. Somebody who bought flooring in a sale needs a fitter, and although the margin is lower, those jobs fill gaps and frequently produce the next full project.
