Answer the money question with a total, not a rate. Somebody comparing schools is trying to work out what the whole licence costs, and a school that says roughly how many hours the average learner needs — and includes the test fee — is doing the arithmetic the learner cannot.
Treat automatic tuition as a category rather than a footnote. Demand has grown faster than the number of instructors offering it, waiting lists are long, and a school with an automatic car should have a page that says so plainly.
Write separately for intensive courses. That learner has a reason and a date — a job starting, a move, a course beginning — and the questions are about availability and test access rather than about price per hour.
Organise by area covered, not by where the office is. Lessons begin at a house, a college or a workplace, so the useful geography is the list of places an instructor actually picks up from.
