Symptoms are the language. A machine that is slow, will not start or shows a blue screen is described rather than diagnosed, and the shop that recognises the description gets the visit.
Cost searches are a decision in progress. Somebody comparing a screen repair against a new laptop is deciding, and a published price for the repair wins that comparison more often than people expect.
Data recovery is the highest-value search here. It is urgent and it is emotional, and nobody collects competing quotes for ten years of photographs.
Business support uses other words entirely. Somebody responsible for a company asks about response times, managed support and cover for a handful of machines, rather than by somebody with a broken laptop.
