The survey is the decision. Moisture readings, substrate condition and whether anything moves determines whether the job proceeds, and going ahead on an unsuitable floor produces a failure that has to be redone free.
The schedule is set by chemistry. Coats, curing and sealing have minimum times that cannot be compressed to suit a customer's holiday, and a job promised in two days when it needs four ends badly.
Materials are mixed and perishable. Quantities calculated per job, with the waste recorded, is what tells a company whether small bathrooms are actually profitable or merely busy.
Aftercare protects the work. A visit or a call a month later, and a record of what sealer was used, means a mark on a floor becomes a maintenance appointment rather than a complaint about the installation.
