The obstacle is the search. Somebody typing about work at height without scaffolding has already been quoted for a scaffold and is looking for an alternative, which makes that visitor unusually close to instructing somebody.
Inspections are the steady half. Façade surveys, gutter checks and condition reports on tall buildings repeat on a cycle, come from professionals and are contracted rather than won.
Storms produce make-safe work. Loose tiles, a hanging panel or damaged cladding needs somebody within hours, and the company already visible for that phrase takes the week that follows.
Commercial buyers describe a capability. Access to a specific height, a particular kind of inspection or work over a live area is how a facilities manager searches, and it is nothing like a domestic phrase.
