Pest by pest is the whole structure. Bedbugs, rats, wasps, fleas, cockroaches: five different prices, five different urgencies and five pages, where most competitors have one list of services.
The seasons are opposite and both predictable. Wasps fill the summer, rodents arrive with the first cold nights, and the pages for each need to exist a month before the calls start.
Nothing gets typed more often than the price. A range per pest, with the factors that move it, catches the people who were about to buy something from a supermarket shelf and call anyway a fortnight later.
Landlords and businesses search differently. Legal duties, tenancy obligations, monitoring records and inspection readiness are a separate vocabulary from somebody who has found droppings under the sink.
