The season writes the queries. When something comes into season people search for it by name that same week, and a shop with a page ready for each arrival collects a burst of traffic several times a year.
Boxes are the searches worth most. Somebody looking for a weekly delivery of fruit and vegetables is describing a standing order, and one such customer is worth many Saturday visits.
Unusual produce brings determined shoppers. Somebody hunting a specific variety, an imported item or something for a particular recipe will cross a city for it and become a regular once they know who stocks it.
Kitchens search as buyers. Wholesale prices, daily delivery and produce for restaurants come from a chef or a manager, and that account buys every day rather than every fortnight.
