The specification is the search. A diameter, a length, a grade and a head type typed together is somebody who knows precisely what they need, and a page carrying those terms is found by a buyer with no doubts left.
Identification is the best content in the trade. How to tell one thread from another, how to measure a bolt, what the markings on a head mean: those pages are read by everybody and remembered by the people who then walk in.
Near me here means now. Somebody typing it is in a van with a job stopped, so opening hours, the address and whether a size is normally in stock is worth more to them than any description.
Applications gather the uncertain. Fixings for decking, for a boat, for a fence: those queries belong to somebody who understands the job perfectly and has no idea what the part is called. Answer by application and you sell what a product list never would.
