The kit is the constraint. A set with a missing motor means a child sits watching, so knowing what each box contains and what came back at the end of the session is the difference between a class and a disappointment.
Capacity is the number of working sets, not the number of chairs. Six kits means six pairs at most, and enrolling from an idea of room size is how a term becomes unmanageable in week three.
Schools buy differently. A term of enrichment sessions delivered on site is invoiced to a budget holder, scheduled around a school calendar and often paid a month in arrears, which is nothing like a parent's monthly payment.
Parents want to hear about their own child. A short note on what a child built and what they struggled with is worth more than any newsletter, and it is what makes a family re-enrol in January.
