Images are the clinical record. A mark photographed today and again in six months is what makes a decision possible, and images stored loosely are images that cannot be compared when it matters.
Results follow a chain. Sample taken, laboratory, report received, patient informed: every step has a date, and a result that arrives while nobody is watching is the most serious failure a clinic can have.
Follow-up is clinical, not commercial. A patient asked to return in three months has to be recalled, and an interval missed here is not an empty appointment slot but a delayed diagnosis.
The two patient types need different routes. A medical pathway with referrals and results and a cosmetic one with consultations and consent share a building and almost nothing else.
